All courier orders will be sent out within 7 – 21 days of the order being placed and paid for unless otherwise stated on the item description or in the case of public holidays or weekends .  As a  small business we rely on a contracted courier company and  we do our very best to ship orders fast but there are sometimes  delays,  outside our control

A  fee of R100  – R115 will be charged for our couriers.  They are sent via thecourierguy and you will be able to track your parcel: elsabecreations.co.za/my-account/order-tracking

Should you choose the POSTNET option – The cost will be R99 per parcel under 5 kgs, cost for heavier parcels will be confirmed before shipping. You will be able to track your parcel: elsabecreations.co.za/my-account/order-tracking

Orders are dispatched as soon as reasonably possible – depending on the item ordered

In order for the courier service to not be delayed – please ensure that a physical address has been provided and that someone will be available to sign for the delivery which will take place between 08h00 – 17h00 on week days only.

Courier options can not be sent to Farms or PO Box addresses…

Proof of payment if you paid via eft,  is essential before shipping will take place,  once the payment has been cleared into our bank account, you should receive a confirmation of payment from our system.

Occassionaly delays due to factors outside of our control can delay a parcel, so we ask for your patience if this happens. Once your goods are on their way, you will receive the confirmation email with your tracking number.
